Payment Options
Envision Eyecare believes in providing the best value for you and your family. We have products and pricing that aims to accommodate all budgets and our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no vision insurance coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged. To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly.
Our office accepts cash, check, and major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as well as Care Credit.
Don’t forget to use your:
- Flexible Spending Plans
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Medical Savings Accounts (MSA)
- Cafeteria Plans for most of your eye care needs
Care Credit
The Care Credit card is available to help people pay for health care expenses, often with an introductory period that is interest-free. We accept Care Credit for all of our services. To learn more or apply for the card, visit Care Credit here.
Insurance
Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before your visit at no charge.
All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.
HSA/Flex Plan
At Envision Eyecare, nothing is more important than absolute satisfaction with all aspects of your vision care, both in our office and every day of the year.
As we near the end of the year, we like to remind our patients that now is a very cost effective time to get the most out of their remaining healthcare flexible spending accounts and insurance coverage. Unlike medical insurance, flex spending accounts and most vision benefits do not roll over to the following year. As such, any unused benefit dollars for 2016 are typically lost.
Now is the time to plan ahead. For patients with flex spending or health savings accounts, money can be set aside for future vision needs.
Well Vision Exam Benefits
One little-known benefit of most area health insurance plans is the well vision exam. This means your exam and many supplementary tests are covered in full by your health insurance (as opposed to your vision plan), without being subject to your deductible.
